Back in the fall, I engaged in an experiment with my recycling and made some terrariums with moss and clover and stuff from my yard. This one, like the rest, has done REALLY well. (You prolly can't see it, but the big plant in there has roots growing out into THIN AIR, its so happy with the atmosphere). They are as close to self-sustaining as can be.
I really like these guys, but for the sake of science, I feel I should take this to the next level... i.e., give one to Bestie and see if it survives, despite Bestie's black thumb.

okay...so...it's been a week AND he's still alive! plus, there's moisture in his little house.
